When you create an event, among other information, you can insert the zoom link in the suggested field. The field will be visible if you selected “online” or “online and on site” when prompted for the type of event. If needed, you can insert other links in the description.
If you want participants to register to the event before you send them the zoom link – insert the registration link instead.
