The Sangha (Web) Application Developer

Sangha Team is seeking a part-time, paid Sangha (web/nodejs/react) App Developer.  This role is pivotal in ensuring a high level of user satisfaction with our (web) applications. The position is flexible and part-time, making it an ideal opportunity for those who thrive in a non-corporate, community-focused environment.

Expected time of work is flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) 

• Contributing into software development of product’s new features  

• Code maintenance and fixing of reported errors  

• Management of following websites/apps: 

• Website mahasangha.net 

• Web frontend of Sangha App (events.mahasangha.net) 

• Web frontend and API for the “alendar” calendar (alendar.mahasangha.net) 

• Web fronted and simple API for the “quotes” (quotes.mahasangha.net)  

Skills and Competencies:

• VueJS + GraphQL / REST 
• Quasar (or other UI framework)
• Node.js 
• WordPress 
• at least partial knowledge of Linux, Git, bash, CI & CD, Single-page apps, websockets, JWT, PHP    
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision. 
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
