
Sangha App is seeking a part-time, paid Sangha App Technical Support.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a high level of user satisfaction with our applications across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and web.
The position is flexible and part-time, making it an ideal opportunity for those who thrive in a non-corporate, community-focused environment. Expected flexible time of work is 2 hours per day, during preparation of new release (once/twice a year) will be more.
Responsibilities :
Team Collaboration
- Planning and prioritizing bug resolution and releases with the technical team.
- Coordination of small development cases (internal and external programmers).
- Communicate with colleagues about project status.
Technical support
- Regularly check the functionality, speed, and responsiveness of apps (web, iOS, Android).
- Test 3rd party mobile notification services.
- Ensure the relevance and accuracy of app data.
- Cooperation with sysops to ensure infrastructure is well operational.
- Manage technical maintenance and issue prioritization.
Application Releases
- Report and test bugs for the technical team.
- Test fixes for releases.
- Ensure timely delivery of updates.
- Prepare release notes and manage versions in Google Play and Apple App Store.
Skills and Competence:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- General IT knowledge with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer support.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Balance of customer focus and product quality.
- Enthusiasm for technology, including:
- Proficiency with basic online communication tools.
- Experience with web tools and applications.
- Familiarity with testing environments.
- Product management experience is a plus.
- Platforms knowledge required: iOS, Android, Web
